So many updates to be made -- why do I do this to myself?! 

Okay...starting from right after the engagement.

VALENTINES DAY! That was only a month and a half ago, no big deal.

These were the Valentine's Scarlett passed out to her preschool class and friends.  They came out pretty cute I think for last minute, day of!  Thank goodness kinkos is right around the corner, they know me and Scarlett on a first name basis! 

After school we got together with our fave friends for a little Valentine's treat exchange at Chick-fil-A.  Again, no decent pictures, just what I managed to get on the camera phone.

And, needless to say I got a pretty fab early Valentines day present in the form of an engagement ring so our dinner was pretty low-key - which is how I prefer it anyway!  I surprised Dev with his favorite homemade pot stickers (notice my sweet little sriracha sauce heart! haha) and he surprised me by walking in the door with a bag of chips and queso from my fave mexican restaurant!  It was an eclectic dinner to say the least when you add in the avacado strawberry salad and random left over mashed potatoes. 

Just call me slacker mom of the year, I have no pictures of Scarlett's Valentine's presents, her by herself in her cute little dress, or anything else V-day related.  Oopsie!
